• Complete the process as per guideline
• Fill form pay fee get the tracking ID to track the application status
• Average time for receiving Migration Certificate at your mailing address is 15 days, If not received you can contact to student cell (Registrar Office) for help.

“Provisional Degree Certificate” is made available at https://aktu.ac.in for limited time window

(a)- After declaration of result & award of division
(b)- Remains on site uptill degree convocation

• Step 4 : “PDC (Provisional Degree Certificate)”
• Complete the process as per guideline
• Get the printout and visit the student cell for director’s counter signature on any working day during working hours.
• For any assistance, contact to student’s cell at the Institute

To get “Course Completion Certificate”, following two conditions must be fulfilled

Condition 1 : Candidate must have passed the course with division awarded at AKTU’s One View Result.

Condition 2 : It can be given by the Institute, only if, provisional degree or Original degree certificate is not issued by the University.

• Submit written application at the student’s cell window (Registrar’s Office) along with copy of final year mark sheet and any photo identity card
• Course completion certificate will be issued within a day
• How to get Degree Certificate?

• University dispatches the original “Degree Certificate” directly at the student’s mailing address.
• Further, Students may contact to the institute if they have not received at their mailing address
• A written application along with copy of final year mark sheet is to be submitted at registrar’s office

• In case, you have not received the required document within 15 days of application, further you can contact to student cell (Registrar Office) on any working day during working hours.

Step 1 : Submit an application to the Registrar (NIET) to get the “Attendance sheet” from the AKTU’s examination center.

Step 2 : Submit Attendance sheet along with the application in the Student’s Cell (Registrar’s Office) for correction in result.

• Check the result at “One View Result” https://erp.aktu.ac.in/WebPages/OneView/OneView.aspx
• If necessary correction is not being done in 15 days, contact to student cell (Registrar Office) on any working day during working hours.

Please follow below process to get the bonafide and character certificate

• Bonafide and character certificate can only be obtained from the Institute on any working day during working hours.
• Submit written application at the student’s cell window (Registrar’s Office) along with copy of any photo identity card
• It will be issued on same day as application received

Please follow below process to get the Holiday certificate

• “Holiday certificate” can only be obtained from the institute from the Institute on any working day during working hours.
• Submit written application at the student’s cell window (Registrar’s Office) along with copy of any photo identity card
• It will be issued on same day as application received

• Submit application along with “10th pass certificate” and “an affidavit” in the Student cell (Registrar’s office) at Institute.
• Student must submit the original mark sheet of AKTU with wrong name / father’s name written on it along with application for correction.
• Student may contact to the Registrar for the status of the correction after 15 days of application submitted.
• Before visit the institute for collection of original mark sheets of AKTU , first write a mail at original documents@niet.co.in to know about availability of your original marksheet at Institute.

(a) During study, if any student losses one of the parents (mother or father) and surviving parent does not have any income, is who only can apply under this scheme.
(b) Affected student may contact to Student Cell (Registrar office) within one month of the incident to apply online

• Demand note of fees can be obtained from student’s cell (Registrar’s Office) on any working day during working hours.
• Demand note of fees will be issued on same day on producing fee receipt,

NBA and NAAC certificate can be downloaded from https://niet.co.in

Students can get their backlog certificate on demand through following processes

• Submit application along with mark sheets and any photo ID card at the window of student’s cell
• It will be issued on same day as application received on any working day during working hours.

• Step 1 : Take the print of application form from Request for AKTU's Original Mark Sheets and Degree by Post available on https://niet.co.in or through link https://www.niet.co.in/pdf/Original-Marksheets-and-Degree-by-post.pdf
• Step 2 : Fill the application form
• Step 3 : Attach a copy of “Aadhaar”
• Step 4 : Make a payment of Rs. 100/- through Feepal linkhttps://feepal.org/index.php?/institute/noida-institute-of-engineering-and-technology
• Step 5 : Send the scan copy of application along with Aadhaar at originaldocuments@niet.co.in
• Step 6 : Your documents will be posted through Indian Speed Post
• Wait for 15 days, if not delivered write a mail at documents@niet.co.in, copy to registrar@niet.co.in

• Step 2 : Go to quick link at bottom of the website
• Step 3 : Click on Refund of Caution Money
• Step 4 : Enter your mobile number and proceed

• “Medium of Instruction certificate” can only be obtained from the Institute on any working day during working hours.
• Submit written application at the student’s cell window (Registrar’s Office) along with copy of any photo identity card
• It will be issued on same day as application received
