- APAAR / ABC ID
- Class X Marksheet & Certificate (1 Set Digi Locker verified + 2 Sets Colored Photocopy of Original Marksheet)
- Class XII Marksheet & Certificate (1 Set Digi Locker verified + 2 Sets Colored Photocopy of Original Marksheet)
- UG Marksheets of all years & Degree Certificates for PG Program (MBA / MCA / M.Tech. etc.)
- Diploma Marksheets & Certificates (B.Tech. Lateral Entry)
- Conduct Certificate (Original + 2 Sets Photocopy)*
- Transfer/Migration Certificate (TC for those students passed from UP Board/BTE-UP) (Original + 2 Sets colored Photocopy)
- Medical Certificate (Original)
- Gap Affidavit (If Applicable) (Original + 2 Sets Photocopy)
- UPTAC Seat Allotment Letter (Original + 2 Sets Photocopy)
- Aadhaar Card (3 Sets Photo Copy)
- Income Certificate (for EWS & FW quota students)
- Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC (Photocopy)
- Domicile Certificate (Photocopy - if eligibility exam is not completed from UP)
- Five Passport Size Colored Photographs
- Pen Drive with PDFs (Documents below 300 kb), Photo, Signature and Thumb impression in JPG/JPEG (below 50 kb)
- Pen Drive will be returned back immediately after copying data.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS: Valid OBC Certificate must be issued on or after 01 April 2026. Conduct Certificate is NOT Mandatory.
