Make the most of every opportunity that comes your way—attend classes regularly, actively participate in workshops, laboratory sessions, and extracurricular activities, and engage wholeheartedly in the learning process. Uphold the values and ethos of the institution, and strive to develop not only technical competence but also integrity, teamwork, and leadership skills.

Remember, success is not achieved overnight. It is the outcome of consistent effort, perseverance, resilience, and a positive mindset. There may be challenges along the way, but every challenge is an opportunity to learn and grow stronger.

Dr. Rajnish Kumar Pandey, Dean – First Year, is a distinguished academician and administrator with more than 22 years of rich experience in academics and institutional administration. He holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Sharda University, an M.Tech. from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV), and an M.Sc. in Mathematics from Christ Church College, Kanpur.

Dr. Pandey has made significant contributions to the field of Mathematics through his extensive research work and has published numerous research papers in reputed national and international refereed journals. His academic excellence and dedication towards higher education have earned him recognition in the academic fraternity.

Apart from his teaching and administrative responsibilities, he is actively engaged in guiding Ph.D. scholars, thereby contributing to advanced research and academic development.

Dr. Rajnish Kumar Pandey is committed to fostering a student-centric academic environment that encourages discipline, innovation, holistic development, and academic excellence among students at the foundational stage of their professional journey.
