Outbound to Dilli Haat
Outbound activity was planned for students under the new pedagogy of experiential learning. The students were taken to Dilli Haat on 3rd November 2023. This visit provided an opportunity to students to understand the work and struggle of artisans in creating these handicrafts, textiles etc. and bringing their products to such a platform.
Students interacted with artisans creating paper-meshy products, madhubani painting and craft items, cane products and some sustainable products like cow dung diyas (initiative from government to sustainable products). Students made an effort to understand the government’s support for these small-scale businesses.
