PEOs OF B.TECH IN COMPUTER SCIENCE & ENGINEERING ARE:

PROGRAM SPECIFIC OUTCOMES (PSOs)
  • The ability to identify, analyze real world problems and design their ethical solutions using artificial intelligence, robotics, virtual/augmented reality, data analytics, block chain technology, and cloud computing.
  • The ability to design and develop the hardware sensor devices and related interfacing software systems for solving complex engineering problems.
  • The ability to understand inter-disciplinary computing techniques and to apply them in the design of advanced computing.
  • The ability to conduct investigation of complex problems with the help of technical, managerial, leadership qualities, and modern engineering tools provided by industry-sponsored laboratories.

HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT

Kumud Saxena

Dr. Kumud Saxena, Professor & Head, has a teaching experience of 15+ years. PhD in Computer Science from government university titled “Design of Image Enhancement Techniques using Soft-Computing”. Two years of industry experience as software developer.

  • 17 papers published in reputed journals - 4 SCI and 6 Scopus in last three years which include work on machine learning, image processing and soft computing .
  • 3 papers in international conferences.
  • 2 book chapters published.
  • 5 patents published, 1 patent granted.
  • 1 project under TEQIP completed as PI.
  • Organized multiple faculty development programmes on emerging technologies sponsored by ATAL and AICTE.

  • Technical Program Committee member for International Conference on "Emerging Trends and Technologies on Intelligent Systems" (ETTIS-2021) on 4-5 March 2021, CDAC NOIDA.
  • Session Chair for International Conference on “Emergent Converging technologies & biomedical systems” (ETBS-2021) on 28th-29th April 2021, UIET, KUK.
