Profile 1- JD- BD Executive Job Requirements:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
· Must be willing to work in night shift.
Roles & Responsibility:
· Identify, prospect, and develop new opportunities with new as well as existing client base in the Staffing and Recruitment Industry.
· Responsible to connect with CXO, CEO, Director and Head of Recruitment
· Sales and marketing of Collar Search Offshore recruitment specialist services
· Targeting and segmenting the US MWBE and MBE
· Reaching out to prospective clients & lead generation through cold calling and client presentations
· Setting up Conference calls & Meetings for In-person Discussion about proposal & Contract
· Helping to negotiate RFP & SLA with clients
· Build long term business relationships with client leaders and decision makers
· Effective management of short and long-term sales opportunities
· Strong communication skills
· End to end business development for recruitment services.
· Ensuring sign-ups at competitive rates
· Responsible for revenue generation from the various accounts signed up by them.
· Manage end to end business development cycle.
· Tracking of new projects, competitors' activities & performance, sensing new changes in the market & evolve new models.
· Evolving SLA's specific to client requirements & business processes
· Team management & people development if applicable
· Providing inputs of client specifications to the delivery team also ensuring a smooth transition of client relationship to the team
BASIC JOB DETAILS:
· Shift timings: IST Night shift (US shift)
· Both side Cab would be provided:
· US Recruitment Industry
· Excellent communication skills required
· Willing to work in night shift
· 5 Days working (Saturday and Sunday fixed of)
· Attractive Salary+ Incentives+ Pick and Drop+ Nice working environment - The maximum package would be 2.4L PA
Profile 2- JD- Data Research Analyst: Roles and Responsibilities:
· Responsible for Lead Generation and Secondary data research.
· Mass mailing using Microsoft Mail merge and Outlook Creating database using Microsoft Excel, Follow clear cut instructions on digging relevant data contact details of Target Audience like CTOs, Technology Directors, and IT Heads etc
· Performing data mining activity from LinkedIn, Jigsaw, Hoovers, Netprospex, Zoom Info, Indeed and Lead411.
· Creating and Managing Prospect & Existing Client's Database Collecting email contacts for mass mailing and Lead Generation.
· Source the data from Job boards(Dice, monster, CareerBuilder, Monster)
Requirements:
· Graduate (any stream)
· Willing to work in night shift.
· Good communication skills.
· Good command over MS office package.
Job Profile 3 - JD- US Recruiter profileJob Responsibilities:
· Identify candidates with the right skills to match the US clients 'requirements
· Regularly interacting with Account Manager in US to understand the requirements.
· Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
· Should ensure to revert / submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.
· Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals.
· Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
· Ability to work as a good team player, interviewing, hiring candidates, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
Job Requirements:

· Education criteria - pursuing graduation or Masters. – B.Tech, MCA, MBA and All Graduation Courses.
